Katara's Water Tribe Pendant

This is my rendition of the water tribe pendant created by Master Pakku for Kanna, Katara's grandmother.

I used two types of polymer clay—one a opalescent light blue, the other a translucent darker blue. I tried very hard to get the marbleized effect to be consistent with the carved lines of the symbol itself. Under certain light, the darker parts have light refracting through it. The metal loop on top is reinforced with copper wire embedded within the clay.

I was thinking I could make symbols of the other tribes as well. If enough people like these, I'll make a bunch to sell on Etsy perhaps.
